Background story: <\/strong>This is a tech pack development project based on a dress design developed for brand YERA (UK).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Brief:<\/strong> I was tasked to develop tech pack for a dress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Approach: <\/strong>I’ve personally developed the design of this dress, so I was requested by my client to develop a detailed front and back technical flat drawings. I’ve developed the drawings in illustrator and included details such as measurements, choice of fabrics, measurement of trimmings, finishing and accessories necessary to complete this dress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Challenge & Solution:<\/strong> The biggest challenge of this project is that this dress is a body hugging dress design to be made in stretchable mesh materials. It is a rather tricky, so I have to try my best to evaluate and visualise the outcome of the design as I develop the technical flat drawings, to ensure that it is possible to be made and reduce the issues that the production would face as much as possible. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
